Information you provide

The questionnaire asks for your name, email, phone number, service address, property size and room counts, cleaning preferences, optional notes, and preferred first-visit time. Do not enter card numbers, security codes, access codes, medical information, or other sensitive details.

Your answers stay in the current page until you choose Send cleaning request. Your contact details and cleaning plan are then saved in the owner’s client directory. This website does not currently collect card details or store payment methods.

How information is used

The owner uses submitted information to review cleaning requests, understand service preferences, organize client records, and contact you about your requested service. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing, confirm an appointment, or start automated reminders.

Access and service providers

Client records are available through the owner’s password-protected admin area. Website hosting and database providers process information to operate and protect the site. The owner signs in with this website’s email-and-password login; a ChatGPT account is not required. An essential session cookie supports owner sign-in. Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in your browser. Hashed identifiers and short-lived counters help limit repeated form submissions.

This website does not include advertising trackers, sell personal information, or use it for targeted advertising. This notice will be updated when calendar, messaging, analytics, or payment integrations change how information is processed.

Client follow-ups and email preferences

We use your request and contact details to review your cleaning, arrange confirmed appointments and send service messages. The owner can keep private follow-up notes and tasks. If you choose to receive offers, we record your permission and may send promotional email campaigns. Use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email to stop those messages. We retain a private suppression marker to honor your choice; it does not stop necessary messages about a scheduled service.

Connected email providers process messages sent through their services. A scheduled runner may call a private website endpoint to process due tasks; the runner receives a processing count rather than client details. Stripe handles linked payment and refund transactions. This website stores references and amounts, not full card numbers.

Owner account connections

The owner may connect Google or Microsoft for calendar access and email sending. The website stores the connected account identity and encrypted access credentials, lists writable calendars, and saves the owner’s selected calendar and sending address. It does not read the inbox. A test email is sent only when the owner requests one, to the connected account itself. Automated customer messages and appointment creation are not active yet.

The owner may connect Stripe to verify the business payment account and its payment-readiness status. Stripe app credentials are encrypted on the server. Connecting Stripe does not itself activate checkout or charge a customer. Disconnecting removes website access; it does not delete emails, provider calendar events, or Stripe payments.

Use of Google account data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Connected account data is used only for the disclosed account and service functions, not for advertising or training generalized AI models.

Retention and deletion

Submitted client records remain saved until the owner deletes them. Deletion removes the saved contact details and cleaning plan. A random submission identifier is retained without contact information to prevent a delayed request from recreating a deleted record. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own policies.

Your requests

You may ask the company to review, correct, or delete information you submitted. Use the public details on Contact Us. The company may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing information. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the cleaning questionnaire. Additional rights may apply under applicable law.
